Yogyakarta Cultural Trip 2019 8-11 November 2019. This cultural trip aims to introduce the rich Indonesian culture to the exchange students. There were 5 exchange students participated in the cultural trip. The exchange students visited some cultural sites, workshops and iconic places in Yogyakarta. The trip included visiting UNESCO World Heritage such as Prambanan temple (the largest HIndu temple in Indonesia) and Borobudur temple (the largest Buddhist temple in the world). On the first day, they visited Prambanan temple, Sate Klatak and Malioboro Street. On the second day, they went to Borobudur temple and Kaliurang, Mount Merapi. On the last day, they visited Kesultanan Yogyakarta, Taman Sari Water Castle, Ansor’s Silver Workshop and souvenir shop. The participants seemed to enjoy the trip much as they can have fun and gain more knowledge of Indonesian culture. After spending 3 days in Yogyakarta, they went back to Bandung by plane.
